Company REFUSES to honor refund for paid merchandise deemed "out of stock"

Have not had returned merchandise refunded and cannot reach Customer Service, despite numerous attempts. Phone calls to Customer Service get "all circuits busy— please try your call again, later" or "due to a high volume of calls, you're wait may be longer than normal"messages, and have done so for several weekS, despite trying at all hours of the day and night. Calls to the orders/sales line are the only ones answered, and when asked about refunds, calls are sent to "Customer Service" and then disconnect after a long wait. Email queries have been ignored.

I was promised that a Supervisor would "get back with me", but no calls or emails to date. I do not have the merchandise I paid for, nor have they refunded my credit card!

Beware!!! It seems like they are probably liquidating remaining stock and squeezing what cash they can!
