I ordered what i thought was the cd for 2.97 so I could look at the program, next thing I knew, they charged me $57.00. I called and it was a recording and I pressed the option, the only one offered and they charged me another $12.97. I finially got a person and she said she couldn't refund me anything because I chose to add the extra 90 days for $12.07... I asked for a supervisor, she gave me an email address. I have sent this guy several emails and no response! Unbelievable...
