I saw an offer for the grant thing for $2.97 so, being disabled, I thought that maybe there would be some assistance that I could apply for. I ordered it and never thought any more about it. I saw the charge for $2.97 on my debit card. (twice). Then a few days later I checked my account and saw the $57.93 charge! (THEN ANOTHER CHARGE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT) I contacted the customer service. To make a long story short, the additional charges "fell off" my account but my emails to "Alex" the supervisor to get a refund were fruitless. I can't afford this!!
