I authorized a charge of $2.97 and was debited an additonal $57.61 the same as previous post (Cindy). I reported this unauthorized charge to my bank. The web address given to request refund is non-existant and the telephone number given places you on hold and disconnects. I will report this to the Office of Consumer Affairs, BBB, and Florida Attorney General's Office. I will file class-action civil suit if necessary! Please join me in getting our monies back and then some!!!
