Ms. Shaner, Rented from my company, she moved in and never paid the security deposit. She was late on her rent every month and would not return any of my calls. Ms. Shaner had a roommate that she let handle all of the rent correspondence and would never pay the late fees, as well as I received a NSF Check for rent. The home had just been painted inside and out, she painted it with dark colors and left it dirty! I would not recommend renting to her in the future. I will be trying to collect damages from her. This was 2400 Glen Haven Dr. Dothan Alabama, 36301. She moved back to teh Richmond Heights area of Ohio. While in Dothan she was employed at a TV Station.
