I put in my information to find out how much I would qualify for... I never even finished the application and then I get all these charges on my account. (3.01 transactions and a. 03 transaction and a week later a $30 withdrawal)!!! I call them 11/16 when I realize that I had some unauthorized withdrawals on my account. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. A foreigner (female voice) gets online and tells me to call back in two hours due to some technical difficulties. I called the next day on the 17th and I tell them that I have some unauthorized transactions on my account and the customer rep (female) says the same thing!"We are having some technical difficulties please call back in two hours. I, of course, demand to speak to a manager or supervisor. She won't budge. Finally, she (allegedly) transfers me to Jessica (alleged supervisor) who sounds like a little girl and Jessica tells me the exact same thing, that they are having technical difficulties and to call back in two hours as if they were all reading the same skit over and over and over again. I never even submitted this application. Wow... I want my money back. She says they are located in Clearwater, Florida. I am beyond P. O'd right now but I will NEVER EVER go online and trust another damn website about my personal information.
