I did not sign up for any services. I check my account as i normally do and realized that this company had taken out a total of 30.00 with out my permission. When trying to contact this company, i experienced a long wait and then an automated service comes on and states that they are having technical difficulties and hangs up. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back.
