Tri-Covenant, Tri-Mortgage, Dean Hansen, Kevin Woods and Brian Alenbach own me THOUSANDS. After pulling a late night move and emptying there offices without completing there obligations to me for there lease agreement they had the audacity to blame someone else.
The Police have been here many times looking for them for fraudulent activities and now they will be looking for them for theft.
Apparently there has been major dissolution in there company with multiple founding members leaving due to these 3 gentlemen absconding with business funds meant for other employees and partners.
Do not do business with these crooks!!!
Do not rent to this company or these people!!!
Kevin Woods I believe is caught up in the middle of this whole fiasco but I dont believe that he is the criminal party. To my knowledge Dean Hansen and Brian Alenbach are the corrupt partners that intend on stealing monies from innocent individuals.
