Purchased a pair of Persol sunglasses with a couple of accessories and never got them. But I got an email saying they were shipped. I checked the USPS tracking number and it turns out they didn't even ship it, just got a USPS number and sent it in an email.
Three weeks and I have not gotten my money back or what I paid for. I emailed customer service and they answered and said once I get the product (that they never sent to begin with) then I can return it and get a refund.
Don't make the same mistake I did!
