Submitted 3 accounts to them for everquest 2. They never sent payment for them but months after accessed the accounts and changed the account information. The accounts are now listed on their website for sale (janken lvl 80 dirge, chuckin lvl 90 sk, raltan lvl 90 warden.) contacted accounts department via email and am not receiving any response from them. Have tried contacting them multiple times to no avail. Went through soe and got the lvl 90 warden back but they were unable to give me back the other 2 accounts. (and the raltan account was stripped naked) DO NOT do business with gamepal they are a ripoff. (in my emails i told them i was willing to work with them, all i wanted was either A.) to be paid for the accounts, B.) to be givin a credit worth the same amount or C.) to be given the accounts back.
