I had never signed up for this company even for a trial. I had purchased a disc of information that was sent out to me that was broken. I find out later that now they have charged me $57.93 not only for a broken disc but for a service I've never received. I ask to speak with Josh's (agent) supervisor and he said there was no one above him that I could speak to.
