On the 15th of August i put in an order of some Dr Martens on this website. I got them here as this was the only site that happened to have them. Well they said they had them anyway. As i was placing my order I noticed a little dodginess about the whole thing. It looked like some asian website or something. I was also a bit sussed when they didnt charge me for shipping to New Zealand. All together this order cost me 168 Dollars. After 3 weeks i had not received my shoes. I emailed, no reply. I posted a question about the site on Yahoo answers and i got a reply from a Zack Palmer saying that he would sort it out and he gave me all these details. I tried to contact him but again, no reply. I opened multiple "Tickets" and sometimes got replies, but crappy replies that just said they were going to see what they could do. I got an email on the 11th of September saying that my order had been shipped and had come to a total of 133 Euros. What the hell? The order was put through in USD! It is now the 17th of November and i have not received my shoes. I am very upset as this was a lot of money for me. And i think these bastards need to be shut down. I have seen so many complaints about them its not funny. Zack if you see this complaint I want my money back or my damn shoes! Order 1846...
