Ordered shoes and a basketball jersey for my son from http://cheap-leather-shoes.com / on 12/16. I checked to see if the order had shipped on 12/25 and sent an email to [email protected]. I received the following reply:
"Hello, you order shoes is out of stock, I send mail to you, but there has been no get your reply, please exchange another style, or you can go to my some company www.shoesorjordans.com to choose you like shoes, and tell shoes name, size, i will give you a free gift as compensation, thanks."
I filed a complaint with my credit card company and received a credit for the fraudulent charge—the charge was also actually higher than the amount of the merchandise I thought I purchased. The actual amount should have been for $94.98. I also cancelled my card and had a new one issued to prevent future unauthorized charges.
