I brought a unlock code for a mobile phone and the advertisement said it was immediately available for $10.99 so i paid the money then i received a email which said the code would be available in 12-24 hours it took about 75 hours for them to email me saying they haven't got a code for that phone but said they would give me a full refund. 1 month later no refund and they wont answer there emails
