Saw an ad on facebook-viewed, filled application, printed copies but then came to accessing username and the password that they gave me, would not work and could not go back to previous page and did not receive any email confirming or further instructions given. Received and printed confirmation that my order has been approved ID is MONJ-U111111-0USV, and was told they generated a username and password for me.
