After receiving my confirmation E-Mail, WITH $16.50 SHIPPING AND HANDLING INCLUDED, I saw, on the Car MD website, the same thing, without shipping and handling.
It took over 6 hours of trying to resolve this issue; so, when I finally got someone with at least 5 active brain cells, I cancelled my order; and went back on line, and re-ordered with no shipping and handling.
Then on 10/15, I received an E-Mail that my order (w / shipping and handling) was already credited back to my credit card.
My financial institution showed differently, both, on the phone; and when I spoke with the head of the I.T. Department.
I spent over 5 hours after receiving my E-Mail; and it appears to me that this company is guilty of Credit Card Fraud; which is a felony, under the jurisdiction of the United States Dept. Of Secret Service.
Secret Service told me that they've received numerous complaints about Car MD.

They appear to be a scam; and it seems that the reviews are written by members of the scam-artist company, in an attempt to con you into stealing your money.
I did find a corporate number for Car MD; which is 800/544-4124; which is Car Can Solutions in Fountain Valley, CA. And that is a division of Matco Tools.
