I signed up with Volusion service because a CSR, Matt A. Told me that Volusion could work with my web host Intuit and in fact they cannot. I needed some programming work to get certain results from my current website. After explaining my needs to Matt. A. He said no problem we can handle that for you. Well they made me pay for the service before my Trial period was up because they said the only way i could get the service i requested is if i pay so i did after that they made me wait three more days for my account to be set up. After that i called in to get the service set up and they were like you cannot use our service for your project because we do not work with Intuit website. So i cancelled service and requested a refund. They denied it took my money and was quite rude about it. They sent me a E mail. Sorry Ass Volusion. Be aware of Volusion they are thieves.
