When we applied the Volusion service, the sales lady Soraya Jadali activated for us & confirmed we can cancel the service anytime we want.
Last year Aug, we confirmed our cancellation with Soraya Jadali and emailed the cancellation to 4 other people in Volusion [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed]: it was on 2012.08.21 at 7:58 for user name "youshop" (Customer ID# 715027)
However Volusion has still debited monthly charges from our credit card every month till now 2013.06.01.
We have emailed to their sales department on the issue, but there were no responses. We have spoken to their account / billing department but the manager Reba G, refuses to refund us money back.
Now we're in the situation that we have to cancel our credit card to stop their debit order.
This is absolutely unprofessional after customer service regarding cancellation.
Please assist us how we can get the refund from Volusion.
Is there any department or consumer protection party in US to send our complaint?
