I made an honest mistake, and thought I had cancelled my ENTIRE account with this company. Apparently there are two or three different sections that need to be cancelled or they still charge a monthly fee. I cancelled part of my account, however, I did not realize that I didn't cancel the entire thing. They gave me the run around saying that they explained it in the cancellation letter. I tried to tell them it was an honest mistake and please could I get my money refunded and have the entire account cancelled. They ignored me, and I never made a dime off their services like they promised.
