Answered phone and hung up, began being billed on att acct. Just happened to catch it on previous bill. This a scam!!! This apparently is tied in with att celluar phone company, I am filing with attorney generals office, state of kentucky I called att and was credited with $40 refund, they issued me with a pin number so as to prevent such scams.
