I received my mobile phone bill today and discovered 4 charges on my bill. One of the companies is moomba mobile alert. I did not authorize the charges. Verizon said I would need to contact them in order to get my money back. When I called 1-866-544-9789 it was a recording for an insurance company. I was able to block companies from doing this again with Verizon but I want my money too!
