A reprsentative called me to offer me a loan, and told me there was a collateral advance payment of $949.72 and after the funds were received my loan would be direct deposited into my checking account and that never happened. Ripoff

I applied for a loan online and was contacted by a representative by the name of Debra Scott with National Financial Group, she stated that there was a collateral advance payment in the amount of $949.72 that was due before the funds could be direct deposited into my checking account.

I spoke with her several times over a period of a week. After I let her know that I was ready to send the $949.72 in she transferred me to a Doug Hilton to handle the funds transfer. I was told to Western Union the money to an Emily Donnelly @ 584 Main Street, Maple, Ontario Canada. I did that and then never received a call back or anything.

Finally after leaving a lot of messages for Debra Scott, I got transfered to another rep that was supposed to be a supervisor, Bill Rose and he told me the reason that the funds were not transfered were because a brokerage fee was not paid. I asked to speak back to Debra and was put through to her she stated the brokerage fee was going to be waived and the funds transfered.

After 2 days and no funds I called again and spoke with Bill Rose he stated that the brokerage fee had to be paid and out of desperation I sent the $500.00 dollars over to Ludeen Walker acct person for that day. Still no funds. I kept calling and calling and when someone finally returned my call I was told that another $549.28 was do because the loan amount was increased to $7500.00 at the same monthly payment and that I would be refunded the total amount of $1999.00 after the first year as long as all payments were made on time. And like an idiot I believed them it seem like a true company, I went on line and everything to find there company and everything checked out. I was so dumb now that I see what has happened.

After waiting for almost 4 weeks on this loan I just told them to send me a refund and I was told the refund would take 3 to 4 weeks. I said that was fine just send me my money back.

I decided to call back to the company just to verify that the refund was process and I was told it was and that due to all of the problems that I should have my refund by May 19 in the mail. I received nothing!

I have tried to call the company and only thing I get is an recording that states, "your universal account has been place on hold please contact customer service thank you and good-bye.
