While visiting facebook, i clicked on get a free $100.00 gift card to red lobster. When they sent me the text with the 4 digit code to enter they took out 9.99 from my cell phone without my permission. When i called the number on the text 855-707-0160 11/14, i spoke w/ricky and he said there would be no refund and that in the text it stated in order to sign up for the free $100.00 red lobster card that i qualified for i was automatically enrolled in the 3rd party my mobile care. I informed him that it did not spell that out and i didn not give my permission to enroll me. It automatically took out $9.99 and sent me 3 text 1 right after the other something about nascar... I ask to be removed from the enrollment and i wanted my money back, he stated there are no refunds and gave me a confirmation number of removal. #23752... Said they are out of wilmington delaware.
