Overcharges on labor and material on home remodeling. Merchandise charged that was not part of materials for home.
Rental equipment charged for that should have been owned or
paid for by contractor. Supplies charged for that were not agreed
to in initial agreement. Late charges charged by company when
the late charge was charged to the company for late payment on
their behalf. Merchadise charged from another job not the job
being done.
