After a successful rental term we returned the van 6 hours late, at 6pm. The office was closed and no one was available to receive the van. We used their after hours drop off. I then informed their agent via phone, who indicated that normally there would be a charge, but in checking, there was no need of the van and their would be no late fee charge. Then next day, we receive an email saying we would be charged a late fee, refueling and and refueling sir charge. We returned the vehicle with a full tank after refueling 50km from the city, yet the fuel they claimed to have added was for double that amount.
Then to add insult to injury, another fee was charged they day after for no reason that has been presented to us.
In short, they have broken a verbal agreement, overcharged for fuel and added a extra charge for no apparent reason for a total additional cost of $220.
