1 ticket purchased for Kings of Leon on 4 March for the show on 13 November. Repeated contact about when i get the tickets. Tickets NEVER ARRIVED! Called Simon at Ticketfinders Monday 14 November, he blamed the post service as the tickets were sent on thursday. He was rude beyond belief and incredibly hostile. This is unacceptable. No effort has been made to see my side of the story – or the fact that I ordered my ticket in MARCH. Why on earth would Ticket finders give me less than 24 hours to arrange a ticket collection? If indeed the post office neglected to drop off a form informing me that I should collect, why was I still only given 1 day to collect? The post office listed is closed on sat and sun. They had more than 7 months to send me a ticket, yet it was sent on Thursday apparently? That is bad service.

Secondly – whether you believe the error to be the postal service or not, I am not accustomed to being dealt with so rudely. It’s a wonder you have a business if you’re unable to deal with complaints. All companies have complaints, I still can’t understand why I was not sent an email informing me that the tickets where being sent to a post office???

Please ensure you get someone to call me as I have not finished discussing this
