I received a charge on my bank statement showing the $39.95 deduction. I called the co. And all they would tell me that the deduction occured. I went on their site and they offered a 30 day trial. I have never tried their service because I have a system called magic jack and I do not need another service. According to the site they ask for banking information like routing and acc. # I have never given my info to any co. Like that because I have a debit card. Yet on my banking statement it is a debit transaction why would I do both because I did not.
