I received a charge on my bank statement for a debit amount of $99.00 on January 16, not an amount I authorized and do not know what the amount represents

I received a debit amount of $99.00 on my bank statement, I did not authorize this amount, it was posted on 1/16. I do not know what this deduction from my bank account represents, but I am positive that I never authorized such a deduction. I am on a very limited income and I count my money down to the very penny in alloting payments. It appears that this company at their own discretion could be considered RIPOFF ARTISTS.
