I was sold a 2002 ford explorer, i was told the car runs and drives great, on my way home driving the vehicle i notice the transmission wasnt shifting properly, so i called the agent that sold me the car, he told me it was wear and tear nothing to worry about, the next day i called him about the same problem, he said he was unavailable i should come back the sunday, it was snowing the sunday so we both agreed on monday, i dropped the truck off on monday he told me to pick up the truck on thursday, when i picked up the truck i drove it for about 5minutes and the truck shut off and wouldn't start, i called eric which is the agent and he said he will send a tow truck to pick up the vehicle, since then i've been without a vehicle, i have to be driving a rental and he keeps giving me the run around. Plus today i saw the truck back up on craigslist for sale.
