When I purchased the iPhone thru Best Buy a little over a year ago, they offered me Best Buy Insurance. $14.99 per month, but it was suppose to be the best insurance. Anything happens to the phone, they exchange it right away. No add fees and No questions asked. It's expensive, but I thought it was worth it for an iPhone. After a year, the glass cracked and I take it back, they said they dont have now and I have to come back. They take my phone number and said that they will call me when it's in stock. Not a single call after 3 weeks. I take it back and now they say that their policy changed and that they have to sent it in. I was not a happy person by now. They promised me that i would have it in 3 days, but no, they said that it was shipped to wrong whare house and that I have to wait few more days.
Anyone thinking of dealing with Best Buy, please reconsider. I am personally boycotting best buy after I get my phone back. I have a huge credit line with them and personally have spent over $20K over last 3 years. No More. Their lies and deception practices have put a sour taste in my mouth!
