I signed up for Lingo services on July 18. But I haven't been able to use the service due to the fact that Lingo uses an entirely different system of communication, not the usual telephone. When the phone was delivered to me I was saddened by the fact, that I did not know how to assemble it! So I got on the my regular phone and spoke to CSR, he transfered me to Tech support. Gerald in Tech support, either was not able to help, just did want to help!
So the next day I canceled the account. Now they are unwilling to refund my money. They keep sending me reminders, the the account is delinquent.
