Someone called and told me that I qualified to recieve a loan and that the money would be deposited in my account. I never agreed to the purchase of any membership. Well, $99 got taken form my account. The bank tracked the check they made to PMC. I havent been able to contact anyone there and there is no record of my order when I use thier website and my order number.
