There was a. 01 withdrawal out of my account. The bank says that means they have my rtn and acct number; not my debit card number. I called the 877-533-8998. They said it's from an order I placed on the internet-do I want to approve or decline. Pretty sure I didn't do that because I use Paypal. But abvioulsy somehow they have my number. The only new company I have started dealing with lately where I would have given that number is Ocwen Mortgage.
