Put a order in for 2 pairs of boots on the 23rd October for my girlfriends birthday. I had a email with confirmation with my order number. Then on the 25th £135.60 went out of my account! Ive since tyred to log into my account but it says its not found, even tho I have a e-mail with my account details and log in password. Cant find any number to phone them, have e-mailed them, had no reply what so ever! What can I do?
