When I first placed this order for 2 wall sconces I had a problem with them taking my credit card. Finally I got it to go thru and after waiting for 4 weeks I finally contacted them and they told me the sconces were on backorder. I have tried going onto their live chat and apparently it is unavailable now, calling and getting voicemail, leaving messages with no response. I have tried emailing and no response. I left a message on their voicemail that I wanted my order refunded and have not yet gotten the refund on my AMEX card. One thier website it says new people, better customer service. What a joke. This company is located in Pawleys Island SC.
