I ordered the sample for $1.99 and today my credit card company called to verify the charge and I said it was not authorized. They gave me the number and I called immediately. I cancelled all future orders but was told by Angie Employee I.D. 155817 (a supervisor) that they have a no refund policy and I agreed to this in the "terms & conditions" agreement, so I was basically out of luck and that they would not refund my money. I have put a dispute in with the credit card company but their hands are tied because of the way Juevenue does business.
