On October 3, I ordered 3 Primatene Mist Inhalers. I was told it was in stock. I never received my order, and posted several inquiries on their web site. I got ONE feedback (from "Vanessa") and was told that my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund within 2 billing cycles. I have continued to request a refund repeatedly via their web site as you cannot reach them by phone. I went on line to see if I was the only one with this problem, only to find that many many people were also scammed. The consumer complaints were astronomical! The following is my correspondence with them:

Something needs to be done about this! I went to my bank and was not able to rectify the situation through them as the statute of limitations had run out. I am on a fixed income, and really cannot afford to lose money like this. After extensive research, I finally came up with an address. I have no clue if it is a good one or not, but I got the following:
