Ecieved a call on my cell phone from the company Web Media Mall, LLC out of Phoenix arizona. They talked me into jioning a web based business for $399. I asked many questions including the cancellation and refund policy which satisfied my interest in trying the nprogram out. After i signed up i did some research and found that many people have been unable to cancel and recieve refunds from this company. When i call the customer service number there i is a voice mail system and you can never get to a live person to process the cancellation and they keep referring you to another number which no one ever answers. Any time you do get a person on the phone they tell you they are not authorized to process anything other than leads and buyers and not cancellations. Very frustrating. I will be contacting my credit card company to protest the charges to my account.
