Walt Winkelman has been pulling such scams for years. It is a way of life for him. I find it hard to believe so many have fell victim to his dealings. There is so much information out there on the internet, please people be smart about dealing with this con artist. What goes around comes around Mr. Winkelman. First Chicago, then Santa Fe.
