Photo reprint - cashie

I was getting my picture that was taken from my friend, he is a retired professional photograpgher, and he put a muslin backdrop for the background in my living room, and he retouch the picture before giving me the CD, and I take it to the Costco Ahambre, Ca, for enlargement, when I pick up the picture, it come out really nice for a 11X14 size print, and when the lady working in that department saw the picture after I pay for it and looking at the picture, she take the picture back and refuse me taking the picture, when I ask her why, she said it is taking from a professional photographer, so it neeed a model release form the photographer to me for me to print the pcture, so I call my friend and talk to him and he explain to me that is only for the model to sign off for the photographer, not the other way around, and he did call the lady in the store to explain this issue, and the lady said that happy to her if she want to take some picture in the studio, and had to pay the photograpgher the money before she can take the picture and have a model release form from the photograpger for her to reprint, so my friend ask to talk to her supervisor, and explain to her that he is looking at a model release from, and is for the model sigh off to the photograpgher only, and ask if she had a form or procedure that Costco have post in the store and ths is a requirement if any one bring a nice picture to reprint and had need a model release form to reprint, and she say that is how she work and she won't let me take my picture until I have to get a model release for from my friend and have to reture to pick up the picture, and the supervisor name is Irene, that is the wrost exprience I even had with any store I went to reprint my picture, because any store before I place my order, the screen with ask me if I agree their term and I will release any liability from them, and once I check the mark and say yes, then it is done and never have any problem like I exprience this in Costco and waste my time to go back and fore to pick up the picture again, I think Costco should train their emplyee to better understand what they doing or post a big sign in their photo department, and tell the customer don't bring any good picture to costco to print or they won't get their picture unless they have need a judge to sigh off before they can get their picture, and make sure they train their emplyee go to their own store to see that all the cheap SLR digital camera can do and all the cheap software that can retouch any picture that taking in any where look like a professional picture, or any one can do it for free for a profssional picture from a retired photograper, an before they do that, I just want them change their way of operating and specical the supervise "Irene" in the photo department should take up more trianing and knownedge before she still runing that department and abuse the customer who bring some beautiful picture to print, thank you
