I was told by capitol one agents on three diff. Phone calls that their 10% increase in rates would only apply to new purchases, and not my existing balance. Rate on my balance was @7.9%. When my Oct.
Statement came, the entire bal.{$10,579.00} [email protected]%. When I questioned them via 3 phone calls I was told that the lie that I was told was "that's the way it is". Please don't tell me that these crooks are going to get away with this obvious fraud.
Please help me and all the others affected.
