Ordered a pair of uggs for what was advertised at £51 and web site claimed they are the real uggs. As soon as i ordered the boots "site complaint" emailed to say order had gone through which i thought was odd. The money was taken the next day but £59 was taken instead of £51. The boots turned up in a black bag and clearly arent real uggs, i ordered a uk 6.5 and they arrived at no bigger than a 5. When i contacted them a lady callee "anne" suggested i sell these and order another pair at discount price, ignoring the fact that im unhappy with boots in general. Many reviews say site complaint are working along side them and i do believe that, they are just as unhelpful and their replies are to simular and minutes after each other so really arent as clever as they thing. So to anyone thinking of ordering from these scammers DONT.
