I bought a Craftsman Riding mower in year 2004 for about $1000. My front tires needed replacing. The part # is 1401143. I went to Sears Parts and Repair in Cleveland, OH and was told that your computer told them that the part was "no longer available". Unbelievable! A corporation sells and advertises service for an expensive item and has no process to help customers replace parts. I got on e=Bay and there are THOUSANDS of outlets that sell aftermarket wheels that would fit on the axle of my mower. How ignorant can a company be to not serve their customers about this kind of terrible service (no service)
In the future, you will find me "not available" when it comes to buying Sears products.
