They shipped product automatically without approval. We shipped the product back at their request with the understanding that the amount would be credited. They received the product and said it would take 6-8 weeks to post the credit. When we called back 2 months later we were originally told the credit was processed and they would check why it did not show up on the card. We called back two days later and was told it was not credited, and that because it was beyond 30 days they could not credit the amount. This was said by a supervisor, who also indicated that their system was not capable of processing a credit, and that there were no other recourses for me.
