I tried this product that promised a complete money-back guarantee, within 30 days. I sent the product back with a delivery confirmation as instructed. They sent me 2 emails stating that the refund would be posted to my credit card within the next five (5) business days. As of October 30th, the amount has not been credited. I have called no less than eight (8) times, along with the credit card rep from my credit union on one call. We were promised a refund by check if necessary, but now they want my credit card roster to prove what we are saying is true! Why would I bother with all this if that credit had indeed been credited? This is BOGUS! I am stunned that they are not honoring this refund!
