When you place an order with Light Impressions, they do not tell you that it is on back order. They tell you it will be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. You think it will be shipped in the normal time. When you call they then tell you it is on back order. This company is connected with Century Photo Products, which I have been trying to receive a credit for merchandise not shipped since January. Now when you try to call either Light Impressions or Century Photo they leave you on hold until it finally disconnects. Do not order from either of these companies. There internet sites do not tell you the merchandise will never be shipped.
