I ordered what they advertised as UGG boots with a photo of an UGG boot. What I received were obvious knockoffs that were shipped from China! I have send 5 emails to the company providing my info to receive return shipping instructions and have received nothing to date. This company is a fake!

China bought pair of ugg boots from uggfad.com, wrong size sent and they want $90 to exchange them. Can't find a exchange address for them and they will not give me one! BTW, boots are fake!
