Ordered in late November was promised delivery in 5-8 days. Did not receive untill 27 dec. Iwasadvised over and over in a pre - programed e/m response that they had been shipped. The boots were finally shipped from China. I had also ordered another pair of uggs from Nordstrums that arrived in 3 days. That pair came with security info and a hologram on the box to authenticate the product.
When these boots arrivied I became suspicious of their authenticity no hologram on the box and the box and boots looked to be of poor quality compared to the real pair I had. I contacted Ugg who advised me that under no circumstance would real ugg boots be shipped directly from china and that they counterfit. It is inpossible to get any response from this company. I questioned them as to why they were being shipped from china and to confirm their authenticity with no response. I have filed a dispute with Mastercars as well and notified Ugg
