After adding international calling service to our existing phone account, my son, who is deployed in a war zone, received his first month bill. It was for $3800. This was paid by an automatic withdrawal from his account. After many phone conversations the company adjusted a little, but within 15 more days he was billed for another $4500. The company adjusted some of these charges also but we are still left with over $5000 worth fees for 45 days worth of service
. The companies only response is "we have done all we can"."Thanks" to AT&T from our young military men and their families. Your really showing your support for our troops.
