I ordered royal blue flat dress shoes for my wedding at Angela Shoes and paid via PayPal. After a month nothing arrived. I filed a complaint with PayPal and a week later I had received something through registered mail at USPS. I went to pick up my item, and instead of shoes, I had been sent a cheap grocery store bag with a High School Musical picture on it. I have once again contacted PayPal to request a refund. This is definitely a scam operation out of China. The parent company is called huang lian and is located in China. It is impossible to find their contact info.
